From 2014 to 2018, I led EDC Mexico’s photo operations with OCESA and Insomniac. Teams of more than 30 combined experienced international photographers with a program to recruit and train local talent, bringing a consistent visual approach to the growing festival.

Build the team and the workflow
I oversaw budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, travel and production, adapting the procedures established at EDC Las Vegas. The team captured 300,000 images and edited 12,000 during the event, handling approximately 4TB of RAW files.
