Hi, I'm Bennett. I'm an award-winning creative leader working across brand, strategy, and technology.

Twenty years as a creative, fifteen of them leading teams. I've built brand systems, campaigns, and experiences for Chevron, Walmart, Google, General Motors, Netflix, and Universal Music Group, directing multidisciplinary groups across creative, production, and post. I came up believing craft and performance are the same job, so the work I lead gets built to be measured: full-funnel campaign systems, DTC and e-commerce creative tuned against real conversion data, brand platforms that can prove they moved something. Performance creative, to me, is just brand thinking that agrees to keep score.

The work itself spans a lot of rooms. Most recently that has meant runing creative for Bluehouse, Chevron's in-house studio, where I led a team of 40 and directed digital, enterprise comms, brand, policy work and 360 campaigns reaching more than 800 million impressions a year. At Korrus I built the brand and go-to-market for Aurora, the platform behind a product line that drives $100M a year, and rebuilt SORAA's DTC presence into 10x growth. At PXL I led the Paramount x Walmart PAW Patrol activation, a metaverse experience that had to satisfy Walmart merchandising, Paramount brand teams, COPPA regulators, and five-year-olds. It lifted Paw Patrol toy sales an estimated 18% and won a CLIO and a Webby, so apparently someone liked it. A few years back, I co-founded an agency called All Creatures Creative, where we have delivered global campaigns and experiences with over one billion impressions.

My practice covers the full range of modern creative leadership where the connective tissue is brand, strategy and technology. Lately, technology has been taking a front seat. I design agentic workflows and solutions that collapse the distance between an idea and shipped work. At Chevron that means building an enterprise self-service tool that uses AI to uphold brand standards so humans don't have to. On my own time it means building applyy.io, a product I took from concept to launch solo, orchestrating AI agents through every stage of the build.

Off the clock, my partner Diana and I split time between Connecticut, New York and California with our daughter and two rescue dogs. I've traveled to more than 50 countries, raced to the Junior Olympic level on the Palisades Tahoe ski team, and I spend any spare moments enjoying live music, reading, flying drones, vintage motorcycles, and climbing rocks.

Let’s chat.
