From 2014 to 2017, I led EDC Las Vegas photo operations for Insomniac, managing teams of more than 50 across a 1,000-acre site. My remit connected art direction, production logistics and rapid delivery for the festival, its sponsors and the press.

An operation built for scale
I established ingest, tagging and backup procedures for more than 40 photographers working simultaneously. Partnerships with SIPA and Maverick Helicopters extended distribution and enabled an aerial program, including stabilized nighttime fireworks photography. The operation captured 500,000 images and edited 20,000 during the event, handling 8TB of RAW files.
