I led creative direction for PawCall, a personalized video-call experience promoting PAW Patrol: The Movie. I also wrote the scripts and remotely directed the film’s voice actors, bringing Chase and Skye into a playful, personalized digital experience.

From animation to interaction

After an age gate, parents entered a child’s name and selected a positive behavior for the character to celebrate. Adobe Character Animator powered the animated calls, while a ticketing link connected the experience to nearby screenings.

A format that travelled

The success of the approach led to similar character-led experiences for other studios, including Gabby’s Dollhouse.
