DESCRIPTION: Content creation at Google’s NEXT conference in San Francisco, California. Next is Google’s largest event of the year, and is considered one of the premier global conferences dedicated to cloud computing. Responsible for budgeting, staffing, logistics, and direction for 10-person international team of content creators. Worked with all stakeholders, agencies and clients to meet their needs and deadlines. Navigated complex overlapping schedules and delegated responsibilities across the broad footprint of the venue (1mil+ sq ft). Implemented workflows using satellite editing workstations to deliver content in real-time for press, PR, and livestream.
