CHEVRON BRAND / DIGITAL

Brand, built for digital.

At Bluehouse, Chevron’s in-house creative agency, I led the team translating an established brand into a shared digital design system.

Role Creative Director

Chevron’s digital brand across desktop, tablet and mobile.

One brand, many audiences

Chevron’s digital experiences had to speak to investors, engineers, prospective employees and communities. The opportunity was to give them a shared visual language without making every page feel the same. I led creative direction at Bluehouse, overseeing the team developing the system and its applications.

Make the brand usable

The team translated typography, color, iconography, spacing and motion into reusable components and page patterns. Responsive guidance, accessibility considerations and development specifications helped carry the visual system into production.

Consistency, with room to move

The system extended across corporate pages, newsroom stories, campaigns and social content. Shared modules gave each experience a recognizable starting point, while layouts, imagery and color could flex around the audience and story.

Built for the next page, too

Beyond the individual designs, the work gave Chevron’s digital team a repeatable foundation. Reusable patterns and clear documentation connected brand, design and development, supporting more efficient delivery and continued use by internal teams and agency partners.
