DESCRIPTION: Music video produced for No19 Music. Tone of Arc is comprised of multi-instrumentalist producer Derrick Boyd and vocalist Zoe Presnick. “Goodbye Horses,” is a cover of the 1988 Q Lazzarus hit, most widely known for the infamous Buffalo Bill scene from The Silence of the Lambs.
